Must Have
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in enterprise and/or manufacturing environments, Direct responsibility for design, build, change, and operational support of production networks, knowledge of BGP, OSPF, routing design, segmentation, IPSEC and NAT, Experience with hybrid connectivity across plants, datacenters, and cloud, Experience supporting IT/OT environments and controls teams, Practical exposure to SD-WAN and SASE technologies, Hands-on automation/IaC experience, collaboration and communication able to work effectively with network architects, security, OT/controls teams, and regional IT, Team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor and support peers while driving work to completion, Analytical and detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement in complex environments
