The Senior Network Engineer will work as part of UltraViolet Cyber's delivery team to our enterprise customer. The Senior Network Engineer will have the opportunity to lead and interact with onshore & offshore teams in support of this multi-cloud, multi-site environment. There is no on-call rotations in this opportunity and will require onsite presence. ## What You'll Do Track and diagnose LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center network infrastructures issues. Participating in network refreshes, network migrations, and ISP cutovers. Upgrade firmware/Software of network devices. Manage asset inventory including EOL,EOS status. Coordinating with cross-functional teams and collaborating with other IT departments, vendors, and stakeholders. Act as final point of escalation for complex incidents and critical outages. Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network issues. Lead design, migration, and upgrade projects across Cisco and Palo alto platforms.
