Must Have
5 years+ hands-on experience with. NET Framework (C# and libraries), understanding of clean code practices and SOLID principles, experience with a cloud platform (Azure preferred, but AWS or GCP are also acceptable), Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of solutions, from requirements through production and follow-up, Ability to understand business and data context and reason about impact and trade-offs, not just implement technical tasks, Comfortable contributing to technical discussions, asking the right questions, and collaborating effectively with non-technical stakeholders, integration and interface development skills, German as a main communication language
Nice to Have
Experience with one or more of the following: AVD, File Services, Data File Transfer, ComPC, BizTalk, Gupta, Experience working with grown / legacy systems, Knowledge of security best practices in backend development
