Job Title: Senior .NET Developer with P &C Domain Location: PA or Piscataway, NJ – Onsite Must Have Skills: * .NET Web Portals * Crystal Reports * Property and Casualty (P&C) Domain experience Responsibilities: * Travel to client locations as needed to conduct onsite meetings, gather business requirements, and document functional and technical specifications. * Design and architect scalable, efficient, and secure back-end solutions based on client requirements. * Lead a team of back-end developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship. * Write and maintain high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code using C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework. * Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless communication between front-end applications and databases. * Design, implement, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases to support application needs. * Work closely with cross-functional teams (front-end, DevOps, QA, product management) to ensure end-to-end project success. * Act as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders during all phases of the project lifecycle. * Strong P&C Insurance domain experience * Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and deployment guides. Required Skills : * Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, an
