What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of IT experience delivering enterprise-scale. NET applications, 5+ years of hands-on development experience with C# /. NET (Core and/or Framework), 5+ years of hands-on development experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning), 5+ years of hands-on development experience with RESTful API design and development, 2+ years’ experience in SDLC and Agile Project Methodologies, Working knowledge of Windows Operating System, Working knowledge of Microsoft IIS Server, Must be able to quickly absorb, understand and resolve complicated technical issues, Must have the ability and experience in developing innovative approaches and solutions to solving design, architectural, and technical issues, Solid understanding of Software Engineering principles
Nice to Have
Experience in the LTC Insurance or Financial Services industry, 3–5 years of experience in Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), 3–5 years of experience in Docker containerization, 3–5 years of experience in Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or equivalent), 3–5 years of experience in CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Gitlab, or similar, Experience with microservices architecture, Experience with event-driven systems, Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus), Familiarity with cloud networking, Familiarity with cloud security models, Familiarity with secrets management, Familiarity with API gateways, understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks for UI (e. g. , React, Angular 2+), Working knowledge of ITIL framework, Experience or familiarity with Pega software, Experience or familiarity with OpenText Exstream software
