What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of software engineering experience, with focus on integration development, 3+ years of Mulesoft experience, understanding of API-led connectivity, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture, Experience designing and building scalable integration solutions and workflows, Proficiency in backend languages (e.g. , Python, Django, SQL, Postgres), Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and deployment automation, Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar), problem-solving skills and ability to own projects end-to-end, Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have
MuleSoft certifications (e.g. , MuleSoft Developer, Integration Architect), Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Pub/Sub, etc. ), Experience with data transformation (DataWeave) and API security (OAuth, policies), Understanding of observability, logging, and monitoring tools in distributed systems, Experience working in Agile development environments
