Must Have
3-5+ years IT MSP experience, minimum of 2+ years of hands-on project engineering experience, experience implementing IT infrastructure projects from design through completion, Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, AD, and common MSP toolsets (RMM, PSA), Solid understanding of CCNA-level networking, Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously, Excellent written and verbal communication, aptitude for time and note entry within a PSA
Nice to Have
Relevant technical certifications (e. g. , Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, PMI), Specific experience with: Microsoft Azure, 365, and SharePoint, Fortinet firewalls, Windows Server, Modern security principals – MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, MDM, MAM, ConnectWise PSA
What You'll Do.

As a Senior MSP Project Engineer you will join our team and lead the implementation of client-facing technical projects across the Knoxville, TN area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment, is comfortable working on-site with clients, and has a deep understanding of multi-tenant support, project execution, and modern IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and upgrading systems across a wide range of client environments.
