Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a medical field, 5 years + of experience as MSL, Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word…etc. ), Ability to Manage diversified portfolio, Proven track record of achievements, Operational Discipline to execute the aligned plans
Nice to Have
Postgraduate university degree level education – medical based, Experience within GCC markets is a plus, Experience in haematology and rare diseases field, Fluency in written and spoken English & Arabic is a plus
What You'll Do.
develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs
Share information with field and head-office teams
Deliver high quality medical and scientific communications
Create and execute center of excellence engagement plan
Support affiliate’s Medical and Commercial team
Organize and set up scientific advisory boards
Work with local patient access team
Support local market access
pricing and reimbursement
Contribute and support medical scientific aspects
Provide local and regional feedback
Delivery input to regional office led medical programs
Attend relevant local
regional and global congresses
Represent Sobi and interact with stakeholders
Facilitate and manage named-patient use (NPU)
Ensure ongoing completion of all required training
Adherence to local regulations and policies
implement and monitor the regional medical action
Respond to medical questions from customers
Ensure initial and continued medical training of field
Validate team’s medical information
