Full Job Description
## Accountabilities In this role, you will lead the end-to-end creation of motion design work while helping define a scalable motion language that supports brand storytelling, product communication, and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Lead motion design projects from concept through final delivery, including product videos, explainers, launch campaigns, social content, and event visuals. Own pre-production processes including ideation, concept development, and detailed storyboarding of motion narratives. Translate complex technical or product concepts into clear, engaging visual stories for broad audiences. Design and deliver motion assets optimized for web, ensuring proper formatting, compression, and developer handoff standards. Create and support motion content for live events, including stage visuals, ambient loops, and large-format displays. Edit and refine video content into polished, brand-aligned deliverables (shooting not required). Build, define, and evolve a scalable motion design system, including principles, behaviors, and reusable templates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present creative work clearly to both designers and non-design stakeholders. Explore and integrate modern motion and AI tools to enhance creative output and production efficiency. Support additional design needs such as presentations and select marketing assets when required. Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced motion designer with strong conceptual thinking, technical execution skills, and the ability to own projects end-to-end while contributing to broader motion systems and brand storytelling frameworks. 6–8+ years of experience in motion design within an agency or in-house B2B SaaS environment. Strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating range across brand, product, and narrative motion work.
