What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven senior-level motion design skills with a portfolio across brand, product, and campaign formats, Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro, Proficient in Figma, Deep, hands-on experience with the AI motion and generative video landscape, Experience building and operating node-based pipelines, Experience designing automation workflows using AI tools and platforms, A clear point of view on AI tooling, Experience briefing, directing, and QA-ing work produced by freelancers or external vendors, Highly self-directed, Fluent English with clear written communication
Nice to Have
AI audio tools for voiceover and sound design automation, Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise brand motion, 3D: Cinema 4D or Blender, Experience building or contributing to internal creative tooling

Produce motion assets
Storyboard and concept motion sequences
Maintain and evolve motion design standards
Collaborate with brand designers
Build and maintain automated production pipelines
Design and run automation workflows
Adapt and reformat assets
Develop prompt libraries
Evaluate new models and platforms
Build and maintain internal documentation
Manage external vendors and freelancers
Set the standard for AI-native motion production

Collaborate with brand designers, content leads, and campaign managers; Work closely with our Brand Creative team
Communication Scope
Fluent English; Clear written communication for briefs, process docs, and stakeholder updates
Process & Methodology
Drive motion deliverables from brief to final asset, Manage external vendors and freelancers
