Must Have
Proven senior-level motion design skills with a portfolio across brand, product, and campaign formats, Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro, Proficient in Figma, Deep, hands-on experience with the AI motion and generative video landscape, Experience building and operating node-based pipelines, Experience designing automation workflows using AI tools and platforms, A clear point of view on AI tooling, Experience briefing, directing, and QA-ing work produced by freelancers or external vendors, Highly self-directed, Fluent English with clear written communication
Nice to Have
AI audio tools for voiceover and sound design automation, Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise brand motion, 3D: Cinema 4D or Blender, Experience building or contributing to internal creative tooling

WalkMe is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to build and lead our motion and video production capability in-house. You will own the end-to-end creation of motion content across campaigns, social media, product storytelling, and events — working closely with our Brand Creative team under the Director of Brand Creative. This is a permanent, full-time position on the Brand Creative team, offering the opportunity to shape WalkMe's visual motion language at global scale. You will own a defined motion workstream, resolve a wide range of creative challenges independently, and drive motion deliverables from brief to final asset without requiring day-to-day project management oversight.
