Full Job Description
As a Senior Motion Designer at Super, you'll be instrumental in transforming our multi-brand identity into compelling motion experiences for our clients. If you love bringing static designs to life, get excited about generative AI, and always want more generative credits, you'll feel right at home. We value proactivity and collaboration here, so we're looking for someone eager to share ideas across every stage of the creative process and to work fluently across formats and media. You'll also be a motion leader on the team, mentoring Junior and Middleweight motion designers, acting as an inspiring design role model, and guiding the team's visual output. We are looking for someone who: Has 3+ years experience in a motion design role; Has a strong understanding of motion design principles and trends; Is proficient in industry standard motion design programs (After Effects, Premiere) with confident editing skills; Proves a keen interest in new technologies, particularly generative AI; Provide a portfolio with an outstanding range of work, all with rationale and evidence of the process behind your ideas; Is detail-obsessed with a strong design background and awareness of current trends in both motion and design; Is knowledgeable on the fundamentals of great story-telling and how to apply them to both film and motion briefs, and be comfortable expressing your ideas through storyboards and/or treatments; Is a team player who can adapt their creative approach depending on the project scale and requirements; Proves excellent communication skills/ability to translate and communicate the ideas in English (written and spoken); Is confident collaborating with other colleagues and departments and taking creative direction; Has the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
