Must Have
6+ years of experience in design, preferably within an agency or creative environment., Experience in motion design, video editing, and 3D animation tools (e. g. , Blender)., Knowledge of social media design best practices and how to create assets optimized for different platforms., communication skills, comfortable collaborating with teammates, project managers, and clients.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with AI tools like Pencil Pro to assist with design production and efficiency is a plus.
What You'll Do.
high-quality content for clients
work with globally dispersed team across AI-developed imagery and videos
implement templated approaches for localisation efforts
use AI tools such as Pencil Pro to refine and enhance the design process
Support and collaborate with the design team
providing assistance with creative tasks and ensuring the team stays on track.
Attend project reviews to gain insight into the creative process
ensuring the work meets client expectations.
Assist with the adaptation and localisation of content
ensuring that designs meet the specific requirements of each market.
Work with design software
including Figma as well as the Adobe Suite (After Effects
to create assets as needed.
Support the team by helping to utilise AI tools like Pencil Pro to streamline design production and improve workflow efficiency.
Assist in creating both static and motion design assets while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and platform specifications.
Contribute to design ideas and help the team create engaging visuals for social media
