Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of software development or software engineering experience, Master’s degree and 6 years of software development or software engineering experience, Hands-on Technical Experience with Momentum Financials, implementation of Momentum in a Cloud Based environment, Hands-On Technical Experience with troubleshooting Momentum technical configurations, parsing Momentum logs to perform root cause analysis, Proficiency working with Oracle Databases, expert-level SQL and PL/SQL development, Experience installing, maintaining, and working with CI/CD Automation tools such as Jenkins, Job Schedulers such as Control-M, Hands-On experience in developing Momentum Form Import data files in compliant data structure, experience using SFTP tools such as WinSCP, Hands-On experience in utilizing, testing, and developing technical solutions to test Momentum web service API, Proficiency with Groovy, Java, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, similar common scripting languages used within automation frameworks, Experience working within or supporting federal agencies, highly regulated environments, Ability to work within multienvironment federal testing ecosystems (e.g., DEV, TEST, UAT, -PreProd-), understanding of API and GUI testing capabilities, Experience with version control systems such as GitHub, Ability to analyze test failures, perform rootcause- analysis, written and oral communication skills, Experience with Department of Veterans Affairs, Ability to obtain a public trust clearance

Experience working with RedHat OpenShift, Experience testing financial systems, ERP modules, similar enterprise applications

We are seeking an experienced Momentum Technical Analyst/Performance Tester for an opportunity supporting a large federal customer. The focus of this role will be supporting the implementation of Momentum in a cloud-based environment and performance testing the application for future volume capacities and system limitations. The candidate will support the Technical SME and Program Manager with developing automated Performance Testing solutions and deliver high quality output and guidance to each of the Team Leads and staff members. The chosen candidate will be a self-starter who demonstrates initiative, interfaces well with multiple clients and has experience in taking ownership of work assignments and project schedules within a fast-paced technical environment. ## Key Responsibilities Serve as the Technical Testing subject matter expert for Momentum performance testing initiatives. Design, develop, and maintain automated performance testing frameworks aligned with enterprise standards. Evaluate and recommend automation approaches, tools, and best practices to maximize testing efficiency and minimize testing complexity.
