About the role Lendi Group is seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team building secure, reliable and performant mobile experiences for Australians navigating property buying and home finance. You'll work at the intersection of product, design and engineering to deliver features that customers and brokers love, operating in a trusted, regulated domain where quality and security matter. We practice agentic development using Claude Code alongside human engineers. Our workflow is spec-driven (via OpenSpec): engineers write structured proposals and specifications that guide both human and AI implementation, enabling fast iteration while maintaining quality and traceability.
