What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical or equivalent combination of education and experience, 7+ years of experience in mobile development, at least 3 years using React Native, 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role, understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and design principles, 7+ years of experience with testing mobile applications and enterprise software through manual and automated techniques/unit test frameworks, Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and modern frameworks, Experience working in a fast-paced environment, Ability to design software using industry standard technologies, Have the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues in applications efficiently, interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve technical issues, Good understanding of unit tests, performing code reviews, and ensuring the quality and reliability of code, Must be adaptable and willing to continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, Good in working across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences, Familiarity with mobile analytics tools and performance monitoring, Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (including Scrum and Kanban), Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Determining the overall structure of the application
selecting appropriate technologies

Resolving technical challenges and addressing issues that arise during the development process
Work closely with other team members
including product owners
to translate project requirements into technical solutions
Ensure that code reviews are conducted regularly as part of the development process to maintain code quality
and prevent technical debt
Participate in agile planning and stand-up meetings as necessary
