Must Have
9 to 13 years of experience in mobile application development with focus on hybrid apps, Extensive hands-on experience with Ionic and Capacitor frameworks, command of TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, Deep understanding of hybrid mobile architecture and WebView-based applications, Solid knowledge of native mobile development concepts (Android and/or iOS), Proven experience working with Cordova plugins and native integrations, Experience setting up and maintaining Bitrise CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications, experience in mobile automation frameworks and testing strategies, Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating backend services, Proficiency in Git and modern development workflows, Bachelor’s degree (BETech) in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR equivalent experience, 9+ years of relevant hands-on experience in mobile or hybrid application development
Nice to Have
Experience with Angular, React and its integration with Ionic applications, Knowledge of mobile security best practices and performance optimization, Experience with Play Store and App Store release processes, Experience with Monitoring tool like New Relic, Familiarity with monitoring, crash analytics, and logging tools, understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

# About the Team This role provides an opportunity to be part of an experienced Mobile Engineering team building enterprise-grade Hybrid Mobile Applications. Our mobile apps are developed using the Capacitor framework with Ionic and Web technologies, leveraging Cordova plugins for native capabilities.
