What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 6 years of user and market research experience in digital product or service companies, Native-level German proficiency, Fluent English, Based in Berlin, data literacy, proficiency with querying/analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, or advanced Excel), deep qualitative frameworks, High emotional intelligence to evaluate user trust and adoption, business acumen to prove research ROI, Proven experience utilizing product KPIs and health metrics to identify UX friction and drive funnel optimization strategies
Nice to Have
Experience researching B2B customers is a plus, Prior experience working with digital marketplaces
