Your role will involve developing comprehensive mine designs, schedules, and plans that align with our operational goals. Your ability to communicate findings, recommendations, and optimised plans will be pivotal in achieving operational excellence. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading a team of Short Term Planning and Drill & Blast Engineers to drive safe and efficient mine design and scheduling within the Execution Phase of Mine Planning. Your role will involve providing leadership to team members including coaching and mentoring, building and maintaining working relationships and providing technical support within the Technical Services team.
