Full Job Description

## What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities) Design, implement, operate, and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft security services. Implement and maintain cloud security controls aligned to federal security standards, Zero Trust architecture, and Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Moderate requirements. Administer and secure identity services using Entra ID, conditional access, privileged access controls, and least-privilege models. Manage and support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related collaboration workloads. Support Azure infrastructure, application workloads, networking, troubleshooting, and hybrid integrations. Configure and manage Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and related platforms for threat protection, data governance, and response readiness. Produce technical documentation, training materials, reporting, and dashboards, including health, compliance, spend, and utilization reporting. Support incident response and disaster response playbooks and procedural documentation. ## What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements) Eight years of experience engineering and operating enterprise Microsoft cloud environments. Demonstrated ability to provide senior-level leadership and independent operational support for enterprise Microsoft cloud environments. Experience with hybrid Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra environments, endpoint management, Intune, Autopilot, and device policy delivery. Advanced experience with identity and access management, multi-factor authentication (MFA) transitions, smart cards, and Fast Identity Online (FIDO)-based authentication across Windows and macOS systems. Hands-on experience with Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and Microsoft cloud data sources and monitoring. Ability to support formal change management, technical documentation, and stakeholder advisory work. Ability to meet federal screening and suitability requirements prior to start.
