We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 & Cloud Security Engineer with a strong consultant mindset to join our team in the Technology Consulting & Public/Enterprise Sector. This is a high-impact, fully autonomous, and client-facing role. We are not looking for an M365 Administrator or an operational L3 profile. Instead, we need a senior engineer with a strong security mindset who can lead their workstream technically from day one, drive technical discussions, and confidently recommend architecture solutions directly to the client without internal shadowing. Responsibilities * Technical Leadership & Consulting: Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, driving discussions, defining strategies, and recommending M365 and Security solutions. * Hybrid Exchange Architecture: Design, implement, and manage complex hybrid Exchange environments (On-Premises + Exchange Online), handling coexistence tech
