What You'll Do.
technical lead for analytics within our Perioperative Care Coordination solution
crafting insightful dashboards and analytical tools
building the core metric layer
scoping and refining work sprint to sprint
guiding the dashboards and insights that get built
holding ultimate technical responsibility for what the team ships
Partner with PMs to turn an initial problem and story into an analytically rigorous product
Drive exploratory analysis and POCs in early-stage product discovery
Build and steward the core metric layer for the solution
Lead the solution analytics pod as its technical owner
Own analytical quality for the solution
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders and engineering partners; navigating stakeholder alignment; navigating cross-functional alignment when interpretations differ; explain complex analytical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences; keeping a team focused and unblocked
