What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree or technical qualification in automation, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or similar, 3+ years of MES experience in manufacturing environments, Experience with SCADA systems, PLC–SCADA–MES integration, OPC UA, Relational databases, Software development and MES customisation skills using .NET/C# or scripting, Experience supporting production-critical systems in industrial environments, Willingness for on-call support and occasional out-of-hours work
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter MES and WinCC OA, Experience with MES/ERP integrations, Reporting platforms, Microsoft technologies, Industrial Edge, Docker/Kubernetes, OT cybersecurity, High-availability systems, Experience in battery, semiconductor, automotive, or regulated manufacturing industries

Configure Siemens Opcenter MES
Take end-to-end ownership
Engineer WinCC OA SCADA applications
Maintain WinCC OA SCADA applications
Connect machines and lines
Build interfaces with Epicor ERP
Operate interfaces with Epicor ERP
Run stable MOM platform operations
Provide 2nd/3rd level support
Perform root-cause analysis
Develop reporting platform
Operate reporting platform
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Automation teams; Work closely with ERP teams; Work closely with Production engineering teams; Work closely with Senior Solution Architect; Connect machines and lines with Automation team
Process & Methodology
Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Go-live, Hypercare
