Prepares detailed cost estimates
Performs quantity takeoffs
Leads development of cost model estimates
Obtains pricing information
Reviews unit cost pricing
Reviews historic benchmark cost
Works with architects and engineers
Prepares cost reconciliation
Performs other duties

Works with architects and engineers; Develops relationships with A/E firms; Works with project team members; Work independently with PA engineers
