Must Have
Master's degree or above, Major in Medicine/Clinical Nutrition/Food Nutrition, Medical Affairs industry experience (at least 5 years) operating in a commercial environment, preferably in the Nutrition or dietary supplements field, Demonstrated business acumen, Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, Proactive, with ability to anticipate and plan, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions and respond to tight timelines, Ability and eagerness to challenge status make quick and lead/operate successfully in an empowered organization, communication, influencing and negotiations skills, Ability to facilitate alignment and collaboration across groups/regions
Nice to Have
Medical qualification (MD or equiv) or Ph. D degree, Minimum 1-2 years of strong, multi-discipline experience including Research & Development, Innovation, Regulatory, Project Management or other functions
What You'll Do.
Support delivery of medical excellence
Provide medical support on innovation projects
Lead in vitro & in vivo studies
Drive medical communication strategy
Conduct medical assessment on efficacy & safety
Implement KEE and external scientific engagement
Serve as a Haleon speaker
Develop medical statement for inquiries
Support Medical Affairs activities
Input on medical concepts
Medical input to data collection
Review and evaluation medical approval
Support China Medical Affairs Team
