What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in performance marketing with experience across Google Ads, Paid Social Media, and Programmatic platforms, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets user (functions like vlookup, pivot tables, formulas, sheet optimizations) for forecasting, reporting, and data analysis, data analytics and operations skills, with a passion for data-driven decision making, Organizational skills and expertise in managing complex marketing campaign logistics, Basic understanding of website creation and landing page optimization, Experience with A Testing and reporting across channels, Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable speaking about and presenting data to clients, cross-functional management skills, comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders, Relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills, Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and industry trends, Superior project management skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to ambiguity, Fluency in English is a must
Nice to Have
BAS degree (Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent) preferred, Bachelor's degree with academic performance and analytical success, Knowledge of Ad Servers, campaign optimization tools, and online tracking technologies, Experience with Google Marketing Platform
