8+ years of media planning experience, advanced understanding of all media vehicles and channels, in-depth understanding of digital media, Experience leveraging industry standard planning tools & data sets, analytics background, Manage multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities, knowledge of the typical processes and tools utilized by buying/investment teams, Has experience coaching or managing employees, Effective communicator, Operates with discipline, relentless attention to detail, and project management skills, Creative problem solving skills, Proactive leadership and ownership, A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any major, You can conduct business in English (written & verbal), 0-3 years of experience after graduation from a post-secondary institution, You can start the role from Toronto, Ontario, leadership skills, Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving, written and verbal communication skills, Having the ability to conduct local business travel as required, Be proficient on the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
