### **Senior Media Buyer (Meta Ads Specialist)** **Location:** Remote | EST Hours | Full-Time ### **About the Company** Pavago’s client is a fast-growing, performance-driven marketing agency helping service-based businesses scale through high-impact digital advertising and creative strategy. This is a fast-moving, remote-first environment built around ownership, speed, testing, and measurable results. The team values execution over bureaucracy and is focused on scaling campaigns that drive real business growth. We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer (Meta Ads Specialist) to take full ownership of Facebook and Instagram advertising across multiple client and internal accounts. This is not just a campaign setup role. You will own the full performance cycle — from creative strategy and ad messaging to optimization, scaling, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate understands that winning Meta campaigns come from the combination of strong creative, strong offers, and strong data analysis. If you’ve managed serious ad spend, scaled campaigns profitably, and know how to continuously improve performance through testing and iteration, this role is for you. ### **What You’ll Be Doing** • Own and scale Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns from ideation through execution and optimization • Manage multiple client and internal ad accounts simultaneously with strong performance accountability • Handle monthly ad spend budgets ranging from $10K–$250K+ • Develop high-converting ad angles, hooks, messaging, and campaign concepts • Write compelling ad copy designed to improve CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS • Create detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, and content teams • Lead creative strategy across: • Static image ads • UGC-style video ads • Video scripting and hooks • AI-assisted creative production workflows • Continuously test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures • Analyze campaign performance daily and make proactive optimization decisions •
