Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ monthly Meta ad spend, Deep expertise in high-ticket lead generation for home services, Demonstrated track record of scaling campaigns profitably, Previous experience mentoring junior media buyers, Structured, scientific methodology for testing audiences and creatives, Experience building and optimizing VSL-based funnels, Advanced knowledge of CRM integration and lead tracking, Background in copywriting or creative direction for Meta direct-response ads

What You'll Do.
Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns

Take full ownership of client relationships
