Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, Experience troubleshooting general conveyance systems and building systems, General knowledge of tools, building maintenance procedures, and industrial facility equipment, Ability to perform basic maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, written and mathematical skills, Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts, Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
Associates or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field, Experience with robotic operation and maintenance, Experience or knowledge of HVAC, plumbing systems, Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems

This position focuses on routine maintenance tasks and does not include supervisory responsibilities.
