What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 4+ years of experience in predictive and preventative maintenance, repairing material handling equipment (MHE), reading blueprints and electrical schematics, electrical and electronic principles, demonstrating safety standards, and troubleshooting/diagnostics of MHE. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 49lbs and standing/walking for up to 12 hours.
Nice to Have
Associate's degree in Mechatronics or a related technical field, experience leading engineering teams, experience with MHE safety standards per OEM requirements, and 2+ years of PLC programming and robotics system components/controls experience.
