What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng), 10+ years of relevant design experience, significant exposure to National Defence projects, experience in selection and specification of mechanical building system and related site utilities, Working knowledge of all applicable building codes and industry standards, Experience in a consulting engineering environment, client focus, Ability to obtain CISD Level II (SECRET) Clearance
Nice to Have
Subject matter expertise in mechanical building systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, building automation and sustainable building initiatives, Project experience should include training centers, vehicle and fleet maintenance, research laboratories, operational headquarters, personnel accommodation and ancillary facilities, Infrastructure experience with Energy Centre’s, district energy distribution, piped site utilities for industrial liquid and gases, taking initiatives for Business Development, Marketing, and responding to RFPs
