Lead coordination efforts between engineering disciplines and project stakeholders. Coordinate directly with designers, owners, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Perform or oversee engineering analyses and design activities to achieve project requirements. Organize project teams as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. Control expenditures within project budget limitations (Fee and Expenses). Review calculations and modeling outputs to verify technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Mentor team members on engineering principles, industry standards, and practical application of mechanical design solutions. Coordinate activities necessary to complete technical documents (drawings and specifications), including resolving engineering design and technical challenges. Evaluate and approve design changes and document releases. Lead and participate in field activities, including site assessments, existing conditions verification, construction administration, commissioning support, troubleshooting, and punch list reviews for highly technical projects and clients.
