On-site oversight of data center construction, Coordination with trade partners, RFI resolution, Submittal and shop drawing review, Coordination with design team, Familiar with commissioning process, Review of commissioning scripts and reports, NETA testing practices, Perform airside calculations, Perform hydronic calculations
Nice to Have
5-level commissioning experience, Unlicensed candidates with experience welcome
What You'll Do.
Oversee data center construction execution
Coordinate with contractors and clients
Communicate with co-workers and clients
Meet project deadlines
Conduct daily job walks
Identify deviations from contract documents
Review conflicts and questions from contractors
Participate in commissioning
Coordinate disciplines for RFI resolution
Review submittals and shop drawings
Spot check contractor redline drawings
Review equipment settings
