Be part of our team that values a wide range of perspectives and is committed to shaping a better world with every product we create. **Location** : Kalasin, Thailand **Workplace type** : On-site **Reports to** : Project Engineering Manager **Make a difference as a Senior Mechanical Engineer** As a **Senior Mechanical Engineer** , you will play a key role in the execution of major CAPEX projects—especially the SPRINT project—by leading the mechanical engineering scope from design through commissioning. You’ll ensure equipment installation meets performance, safety, and quality standards, while also supporting the startup of new production lines and developing maintenance readiness. **What you will do:** * Lead mechanical engineering scope of major projects from equipment design and selection through commissioning * Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize mechanical systems during startup * Ensure installations meet design, safety, and regulatory standards, lead equipment inspections * Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans and reliability standards * Collaborate with RTO (Ready to Operate) team and cross-functional partners to deliver project milestones * Train maintenance teams and prepare technical documentation, manuals, and reports * Stay current on mechanical engineering trends and integrate best practices **What you will bring:** * Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field * Minimum 5 years of experienced in project engineer
