Must Have
Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field, Minimum 5 years of experienced in project engineering or maintenance leadership, Proven experience leading mechanical scopes in large-scale CAPEX projects and commissioning, background in developing preventive maintenance strategies, Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken, problem-solver with deep technical and analytical skills, Effective communicator with the ability to train, coach, and influence across teams, Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to new technologies, Team player who collaborates effectively with engineers, technicians, and contractors, Innovation-driven with a passion for continuous improvement
Nice to Have
Familiarity with food manufacturing standards (GMP, HACCP) is a plus
What You'll Do.
Lead mechanical engineering scope of major projects from equipment design and selection through commissioning
Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize mechanical systems during startup
Ensure installations meet design
and regulatory standards

Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans and reliability standards
Collaborate with RTO (Ready to Operate) team and cross-functional partners to deliver project milestones
