We're seeking a talented and motivated Electro-Mechanical Engineer to test the performance of our robotic End Effectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test design, setup, execution and data analysis. This candidate must have the ability to work well both independently and in a multidisciplinary team setting. Key job responsibilities - Author functional requirements, design verification plans and test procedures - Execute test system designs which meet the requirements - Build and test electromechanical subsystem prototypes and integrated systems - Work efficiently to support rapid schedules Basic Qualifications: - Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures - 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, executing and analyzing tests - Experience characterizing force, torque, speed, current, temperature, EMI, etc - Experience evaluating durability, signal integrity, reliability - Experience designing and building test fixtures and data collection solutions Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent - Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production - Experience with the project management of technical projects - Experience char
