Full Job Description

**AERONES** is looking for an **experienced and driven Senior Mechanical Engineer** to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will lead the mechanical engineering team, design cutting-edge robotic equipment, and ensure technical solutions meet the highest industry standards. You'll play a key role in driving research and development, turning complex engineering challenges into reliable, high-performance results. Responsibilities: * Ensure the efficient daily operations of the mechanical engineering team, plan resources and development. * Design equipment in a 3D CAD environment. * Perform structural and strength calculations, and test prototypes of developed equipment. * Conduct research work by exploring and testing the application of new technologies in robotic equipment. * Ensure development is directed towards technical solutions that meet industry requirements. **Requirements** * Higher education in mechanical engineering. * At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical engineer. * At least 2 years of experience in team leadership. * Good knowledge of English. * Proficiency in computer skills, especially Solidworks design skills. * Knowledge of structural strength calculations. * Attention to order, quality, and precision. * Willingness to find problem solutions and take responsibility for work results. * Collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. * Initiative and readiness to seek ways to improve work results. **Benefits** We believe great work starts with feeling valued and supported.
