Mechanical Engineering BIM Designer candidate, Advanced understanding architectural/engineering documentation, Accurately model BIM elements, Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, diagrams, Maintain discipline model, Produce discipline specific documentation, Monitor, improve, maintain company standards, Coordinate design with other discipline models, Execute Digital Delivery requirements, Prepare computational models mechanical/plumbing systems, Prepare drawings 2D/3D model space, Route ductwork and piping 3D, Conduct short-term field assignments, Perform routine HVAC/mechanical/plumbing design, Work independently on small projects, Assist senior BIM designers, Coordinate workload to complete documents, Complete projects with clear objectives, Review mechanical and plumbing documents, Provide construction administration support, Give direction to clerical/technical personnel, Perform other duties as needed
Nice to Have
Associate degree in BIM, Revit MEP, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Database familiarity a plus, Experience in sustainable design/LEED, Experience in BIM modelling mechanical systems
