Must Have

High School Diploma/GED, 6 years of material planning experience, 2 years of Account Management or Supplier Management experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments, Analytical skills to address and resolve production schedule issues, Effective problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of presenting clear recommendations to leadership, Experience managing supplier relationships and operational performance, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset

Nice to Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Bilingual Mandarin speaker

What You'll Do.

Develop and communicate supply requirements to Lucid’s supply base

managing over 200 Tier 1 suppliers and 6

000+ parts using MRP systems to achieve production

Serve as the main operational contact for assigned suppliers

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure On-Time

In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance while supporting improvement initiatives such as lead time reduction

Proactively communicate material concerns across all organization levels

Provide production support through clear-to-build status

material coverage analysis

Deliver data-driven recommendations and scenario analyses to inform decision-making and strategic planning

Optimize system parameters

and service goals using analytical skills to control costs and minimize obsolescence

including reviewing inventory and adjusting orders for replenishment

Support supplier performance improvement by partnering with the Global Supply Purchasing team to implement action plans and update supplier scorecards

Lead meetings on material shortages

and performance oversee resource allocation and ensure adherence to established processes

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance; Work cross-functionally with departments including Purchasing, New Product Introduction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Logistics to resolve material issues and support launches; Proactively communicate material concerns across all organization levels; Support supplier performance improvement by partnering with the Global Supply Purchasing team
