Reporting directly to the Director of Planning & Operational Excellence, you will own the master production schedule while operating confidently at all levels of the business—from engaging with frontline teams to influencing executive discussions and supporting customer commitments. You will balance demand, capacity, and material availability to deliver reliable outcomes while enabling efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is also responsible for using scheduling levers to optimize KPIs including OTIF, next-day shipping, and average days to ship, driving automation in planning processes to improve speed and visibility, and collaborating with Project Management on large-scale initiatives to ensure alignment between long-term projects and day-to-day execution.
