B. Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience, Minimum of 5 years of proven experience, Proven track record to lead tasks from initiation to closure, demonstrating sharp thinking and good decision-making skills, Independence and the capability to perform well in an intensive and dynamic environment, Outstanding interpersonal skills, being an excellent teammate, Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools, Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Experience working in a global company
Nice to Have
Experience with Contract Manufacturers management in a production environment or mechanical build, Familiarity with production processes such as electro-mechanical assembly, mechanical integration, and product testing, Knowledge of transfer to production activities, SAP, and Agile systems, Background in budgeting and supply-demand management
