Full Job Description
We are seeking a results driven Senior Marketing Program Manager to lead complex marketing initiatives for Amazon Shipping and drive operational excellence across our marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and optimize high-impact marketing programs that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer engagement. This role will serve as the primary interface for our most critical marketing initiatives, architecting and implementing scalable processes that power our ambitious growth objectives. Your average day will be dynamic, and you'll collaborate with Product Marketers, Channel Managers, Business Intelligence and peer marketing functions. Key job responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales teams, managing all marketing requests, intake processes, and prioritization of marketing initiatives. • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Paid Media, and Email Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign workflow management and execution. • Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing performance reporting by partnering with Business Intelligence and Marketing Operations teams. • Own budget management and annual planning processes in partnership with the Finance team. • Drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and analytics. • Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs), documentation systems, and project management frameworks to optimize marketing operations and team efficiency. • Develop and maintain scalable processes for project prioritization and roadmap delivery, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
