What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proficient English Speaking and Writing, 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation, Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce CRM required, Experience managing marketing databases, lead lifecycle processes, and data governance initiatives, Comfortable working with Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and Python-based workflows or reporting processes
Nice to Have
Familiarity with marketing operations and data tools such as Hightouch and Cloudingo preferred, Familiarity with campaign execution processes for webinars, events, and content syndication programs, Experience building process automations using tools such as Power Automate preferred

Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards

The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for managing marketing data operations, campaign execution support, reporting, and process optimization across the marketing organization. This role serves as a key operational partner to marketing teams by ensuring accurate data flow, scalable campaign processes, strong database governance, and reliable reporting across marketing and CRM platforms. The role focuses heavily on acquisition workflows, database integrity, analytics, reporting, and marketing technology administration, supporting both global and EMEA marketing operations initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong operational expertise with technical aptitude and the ability to work comfortably across marketing systems, reporting tools, and data environments.
