Must Have

3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally in global SaaS or technology companies., 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and managing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce CRM, with a proven track record of optimizing engagement for large-scale databases., Deep understanding of lead management, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics., Expertise in database management, platform integrations, and marketing technology tools., Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to effectively manage projects and collaborate across global teams., Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams., Willingness to align working hours with a global based team, including early mornings or late evenings, as required.

Nice to Have

Marketo certification and familiarity with attribution modeling are advantages., Experience with Full Circle Insights, ThoughtSpot, outreach, or Chili Piper is a plus.
