What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology or related operational roles, Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, lead lifecycle management and marketing data architecture, Experience working with APIs, integration platforms, workflow automation tools or cross-system data flows, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, IT, Analytics and other technical/non-technical stakeholders, Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes and priorities, documentation, organization and operational process management skills

Nice to Have

Experience supporting data governance, compliance or audit-related initiatives is a plus

What You'll Do.

build and maintain scalable data flows and integrations across marketing systems

Design and document integration architecture

sync behavior and system dependencies

Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures

synchronization issues and operational bottlenecks

Partner with RevOps and IT to implement and optimize cross-functional integrations

APIs and automation workflows

Support onboarding and integration of new marketing technologies and vendors

Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture

governance standards and operational procedures

Help establish scalable standards for system configuration

change management and operational support

Support data governance

audit and security initiatives

Identify opportunities to improve data quality

reduce manual operational work and increase process scalability through automation

Support scalable reporting datasets

operational dashboards and data accessibility across systems
