What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, 5+ years of experience in Growth Analytics, 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, 5+ years of experience in Marketing Measurement, 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, understanding of digital marketing measurement across paid, organic, affiliate, lifecycle, and web analytics channels, Experience working with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse technologies, Experience defining reporting-ready datasets, business logic, and KPI frameworks, understanding of Attribution modeling, understanding of Identity resolution, understanding of Customer journey analytics, understanding of Funnel analysis, understanding of Marketing ROI measurement, Experience partnering with engineering, product, and data teams, Ability to write analytics requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications, Experience building dashboards and reporting systems in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio, communication and stakeholder management skills, Must overlap with North American working hours (ET preferred)
