Must Have
6+ years of experience across marketing, community, partnerships, brand, or growth at a venture-backed company, B2B SaaS, fintech, biotech, or life sciences are all fits, High agency, A track record of growing something - a business, a product line, a market, a community, Genuinely comfortable being out in the market, Sociable and naturally good with people, Comfortable with data and finance, Comfort with pipeline accountability, Proven ability to host events founders actually want to attend and to build personal relationships that compound over time, CRM hygiene, Excellent written and verbal communication, Entrepreneurial and scrappy
Nice to Have
experience as a founder, operator, accelerator alum, or in a venture community role, Prior experience in or around biotech or academic research is a plus
