Must Have
Proven experience in a senior marketing, growth, or marketing operations role, expertise in Technical SEO and organic growth strategies, Experience managing websites using ASTRO, WordPress, or headless CMS platforms, Experience with Google Ads, backlink analysis, and SEO tools, understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing workflows, Experience managing marketing projects and cross-functional collaboration, Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), analytical and reporting abilities, Ability to independently manage and execute marketing initiatives
Nice to Have
Active involvement in the SEO or digital marketing community, Experience with HubSpot, Slack, Asana, or similar operational tools, Experience in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or travel-related industries, Experience leading crisis-response marketing initiatives, Familiarity with Revenue Operations or marketing analytics systems
