As Senior Marketing Manager, you'll partner directly with clients and property leadership to drive leasing velocity, occupancy, and asset value across multi-family, commercial, and industrial properties nationwide. You'll lead integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable results—from lease-ups and new developments to stabilized communities—while shaping JLL's national marketing platform. This role is at least 3 days/week in office with flexibility to work remotely two days. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on business priorities. **What your day-to-day will look like:** **Drive Portfolio Performance** * Own marketing strategy and execution for assigned client portfolios, translating business objectives into results * Accelerate leasing through data-driven campaigns, digital marketing, engagement programs, and retention initiatives * Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to inform pricing, branding, and go-to-market strategies * Manage annual marketing plans and budgets with financial discipline and ROI accountability **Lead Platform Development** * Shape JLL's property marketing platform, establishing best practices and scalable programs * Support business development with compelling pitch strategies and marketing collateral * Act as marketing subject-matter expert,
