This role focuses on driving portfolio growth through data-driven insights, impactful marketing programs, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee product lifecycle management, digital marketing efforts, and market analysis while ensuring alignment with both global strategy and local execution. **What you’ll be doing:** * Support the development of annual marketing plans and overall business strategy * Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities * Manage portfolio performance, including sales, gross profit, and marketing spend ROI * Partner cross-functionally with sales, medical, and market access to shape strategy and execution * Lead brand awareness initiatives across digital, social, and commercial channels * Track and report campaign performance against defined KPIs * Execute brand strategies and marketing programs aligned to the 4Ps (product, price, place, promotion) * Maintain and optimize sales tools, marketing materials, and training programs * Manage the full product lifec
